Prenatal Massage is Back on the Menu!
Prenatal massage is available after the first trimester in 60 and 90 minute sessions. Positioning, pillows, pressure, and focus areas are adapted throughout the session to support comfort as the body changes.
Pregnant clients of all genders are welcome, including women, trans men, and nonbinary people. You do not have to fit anyone else’s idea of what pregnancy should look like in order to receive respectful, comfortable care. Questions about prenatal massage are always welcome.

I'm Alisha, owner of The Relaxation Depot. I provide therapeutic massage and aromatherapy with a focus on stress relief and nervous system support. Every session is personalized to your needs, creating space for your body to soften, unwind, and reconnect at it's own pace.
This is a trauma informed, inclusive practice where women, LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and allies, people of color, people with disabilities, and anyone seeking respectful, compassionate care are welcome. My goal is simple: to offer a space where you can feel safe, supported, and treated with dignity.
Massage is just one part of what you'll find here. I also offer sensory ASMR services and create small batch, hand poured soaps as extensions of the same focus on comfort and care.
